SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic

1. Shipping Carries

Products are shipped through USPS (United States Post Service) or UPS.

2. Processing and Packing Time

We ship within 1 to 3 business days. This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Please see the map below.

Only Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air orders will ship the next business day and require 1 day to be prepared. Samples:
 -- Order placed on Monday, ships on Tuesday
 -- Order placed on Tuesday, ships on Wednesday
 -- Order placed on Wednesday, ships on Thursday
 -- Order placed on Thursday, ships on Friday
 -- Order placed on Friday, ships on the next business day

Pre-orders can take 14 days (stock availability). This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Please see the map below.

NOTES

1. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

2. The cut time for carriers pickup is at 12pm Florida local time (ET).

3. Due to the high demand and COVID-19 situation carriers are not guaranteed delivery time, please plan accordingly and make sure you understand the time frame.

3. P.O. Box and Military Address

USPS (United States Post Service) is the only one that can be used to deliver to does address.

4. Shipping Cost or FREE Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on dimensions, destination and weight of the package. Some heavy products may have a flat shipping cost.

FREE Shipping is available once your cart is eligible and will be applied automatically.

5. Tracking Number

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and updates by the carrier. Please make sure you don’t have our email address blocked or verify your junk mail.

6. Lost or Damage Packages

The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Seikiss in the first 24 hours. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before we fulfill your order, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Any revisions to the shipping address must be submitted before tracking information has been received. Re-shipping due to incorrect shipping address will be at the buyer's expense, shipping is non-refundable. Multiple items purchased may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and It will not affect the shipping and handling charge. Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days for domestic.
