Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package. Damage or Lost Packages - The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Seikiss in the first 24 hours. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more. Excluded Items - Mixology Glitters and Custom Glitters, and regular supplies that come in bundles with or without a machine are excluded and not covered for returns or refunds.
