● 1.1 Glitters, Tools, Accessories, and Silicon Molds. (Excluded Custom Glitters)
Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package. RMA # is required to send back any item/s. Please request one by email, without an RMA return will be denied.
● 1.2 Damage or Lost Packages
Contact Seikiss in the first 24 hours (1 day). Seikiss is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit, but we can evaluate the issue. If the customer purchased Insurance Protection at checkout, we will open and submit a claim once is requested. Insurance Protection do not guaranty that a claim will be paid, and the process for investigations can take 30 days or more.
-1.2.1. Damage Packages: Customers must retain all damaged packaging and take pictures. If the customer doesn’t save the packaging or is unwilling to help with the claim process, no claim can be submitted or refunded.
-1.2.2. Lost Packages: Packages that are lost or shown as delivered by the carrier an still lost, customer must submit a police report and give Seikiss a copy. Is recommended to have a police report to have an strong claim.
-1.2.3. Approved Claims: Any claims paid in full or partial will have deductible fees. We will refund according to the claim minus any deductible fees.
-1.2.4. Rejected Claims: Non-paid claims can not be refunded.
If the customer decline (un-select) the Insurance Protection at checkout, no coverage will be given for damaged or lost packages.
● 1.3 High-Value Products
Items will have Insurance Protection and will be activated with our 3rd party company if needed. We will not take any decision or give any refund (if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.
● 1.4 Excluded Bundle Items
Custom Glitters, and regular supplies that come in bundles with or without a UV lamp machines are excluded and not covered for returns or refunds. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.
Any Tumbler machines or UV lamp machines, Mica Powders, Pigment Paste are excluded and not covered for returns or refunds. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.
● 2.1 Special Items and Equipment
No refunds, No returns on any Custom Glitters, Tumbler machines, UV Lamp Machines, Mica Powders and Pigment Paste. All Sales are final.
IMPORTANT: Custom Glitters do not have a return or refund. All Sales are final. |
● 2.2 Purchases with Gift Cards
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on gift cards or Items (products) were purchased with gift cards. All Sales are final.
● 2.3 UV DTF Transfers or Any Custom Items (Printed or Non-printed)
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on any UV DTF Transfers or Custom Items (Printed or Non-printed). Also excluded Laser Cut & Engraving, Stickers, Decals, any Craft, etc. All Sales are final.
If any DTF Transfers, UV DTF Transfers or Custom Items (Printed or Non-printed) has a print error done by us, WE WILL REMAKE at not cost to you.
● 2.4 Insurance Protection
All Sales are final for Insurance Protection once you complete them at check out. No refunds.
● 3.1 Regular Orders
A 3% + $1.00 is non-refundable for any refunded or canceled orders. This is a Processing Fees non-refundable. Switching any items for one that costs less and that has already been processed, will generate a processing fee for the difference between does items. Insurance cost are not refundable.
● 3.2 Loans and Installments
A 10% is non-refundable for any refunded or canceled loan or installment. This is a Processing Fees non-refundable. Insurance cost are not refundable.
● 3.3 Refund Time
Once we receive your return, it can take 3-7 business days to be processed depending on your bank.
● 3.4 Restocking
A 10% restocking fee applies for returned items. Shipping costs and Insurance cost are not refundable.
Seikiss reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
