Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package. Damage or Lost Packages - The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Seikiss in the first 24 hours.
